Welcome

It is part and parcel of being human to go through difficult times in life that can leave you feeling stressed, low in mood and lacking in self confidence. There will be times when you feel stuck and in need of some help to overcome your problems .CBT teaches you skills for life to control your emotions instead of them controlling you. It will help you  understand how your thoughts, feelings and behaviours interact so that you can gain the power to live a better life. The good news is that CBT is a tried, tested and effective talking therapy  that has helped people all over the world recover.
